The advanced RESPILON® nanofibre filtration technology in each of our masks is certified by European, US and Asian authorities to capture 99.9% of smog, emissions, viruses, bacteria, molds, pollen, dust and other dangerous particles. The nano-mesh has a pore size of 0.01µm (0.01 micrometers). This means it physically blocks toxic compounds, organic matter and super-fine car exhaust particulates simply because they can't fit through the mesh. Filtration is two-way and the RESPILON® nanofiber filters are much easier to breathe through than other existing technologies.
Other widely available filtered face masks (such as N95) rely on electrostatic filtration. After 25mins use the increased humidity from a wearers breath enacts a process called IPA Soaking, which inhibits the electrostatic process causing the filter to lose 60% of its original filtration efficiency. However, our patented RESPILON® nanofibre filters actually reach optimum performance in humid conditions which makes it perfect for professional use where a mask wearer needs consistent protection and performance, such as a long work shift.
The patented respiratory filter featured in our products is a new generation of nanofibre membrane that combines easy breathability with outstanding filtration efficiency.
The nanofibre membranes contain an extremely dense network of fibres that are about 1,000 times smaller in diameter than a human hair. These fibres are extremely strong and can stop even the smallest solid and liquid particles.
